Shipping & Delivery

Some of the items stocked on our website are made to order, all will be shipped within 14 days of ordering. All other items will be shipped within 5 working days.

We send everything Royal Mail, First Class.

Returns

Some of our garments are made to order, with these we are unable to provide a refund if you change your mind. However, we are more than happy to exchange these items for you if the sizing is wrong or the garment is damaged on arrival to you.

In terms of accessories and holistic items, we cannot offer refunds and are only able to exchange if the items arrive damaged.

Please email kittenclubco@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery and we will send out returns information to you. Exchanges must be sent back to us via tracked service and the cost is to be covered by the customer.
